We take pride in providing high-quality, made-to-order displays and custom print items for schools and colleges. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for incorrectly ordered items.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. Please follow these steps:

• Report the issue within 7 days: Contact our customer service team with your order details.
Provide evidence: Share photos of the damage or defect to help us assess the problem.

Resolution

Depending on the issue, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Cancellations

Once production has begun on made-to-order or custom print items, cancellations are not permitted. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request if work has not yet started.
