Our process.

Over many years of working with schools, we have developed an approach that gives projects both creative freedom and a reliable workflow– helping schools move from early ideas to confident decisions and well-executed outcomes.

Phase 1

Consultation

We start with a conversation about what you are trying to achieve. We offer a free, no-obligation site visit or video call to meet you, learn about your goals, and get a sense of your space and creative ambitions before we send you a tiered project proposal.

Phase 2

Getting Started

Once you select a Core tier, we start project setup, pre-design preparation and early coordination. Your project manager will get in touch to discuss timings and milestones based on the information you have submitted.

Phase 3

Discovery & Design

Core Essentials


This tier includes a short discovery phase to gather content and carry out any required site survey. Design then progresses within a streamlined and clearly defined framework.

Core Enhanced


Includes a more in-depth discovery phase, allowing time to explore content, priorities, and constraints in greater detail, alongside any required site survey. The design phase allows for broader exploration and refinement before moving forward.

Core Complete


This tier includes a full discovery phase, with time for deeper exploration of ideas, content, and installation detail. The design phase allows for deep creative exploration, multiple routes, and considered refinement to shape a highly resolved outcome.

Signature

Our highest-touch service tier. Every Signature project is shaped around the nature, ambition and complexity of the work. Senior-led at every stage with collaboration, consultation, workshops and refinement that allow ideas to be properly explored, tested and resolved.

Phase 4

Production & Delivery

Once designs are approved and any materials or deliverables are confirmed, artwork is prepared for final production, manufacture or handover. Depending on the nature of the project, this may involve printed graphics, signage, installation planning, brand assets or production-ready artwork files. For physical projects, manufacturing and installation are carefully coordinated by our in-house team to ensure quality, consistency and smooth delivery on site.

Project expectations.

Schools should expect a professional, well-managed experience from the very beginning of the project through to final delivery. We place a strong emphasis on clear communication, defined milestones and thoughtful coordination so that schools always understand what is happening, what decisions are needed and what comes next.

Our team understands the realities of working within busy educational environments and we plan projects carefully to minimise disruption wherever possible. All installation staff are DBS-checked, fully insured and experienced in working respectfully and safely on live school sites.

Alongside creative thinking, we place equal value on practicality, durability and attention to detail. Because our design, production and installation teams all work in-house, projects benefit from greater consistency, accountability and quality control throughout.
