Terms & Conditions.
This is an important document explaining the terms and conditions you are agreeing to when you use The Media Collective. This agreement outlines the parameters of all services supplied by us. By accepting a quote and proceeding with a project, you are agreeing to these terms. The Media Collective may be referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ and ‘the company’. The Customer may also be referred to as ‘you’ or ‘your’.
Confirmation.
At the time of confirmation, you will be sent a quote detailing a breakdown of your project. We send this as assurance that the details of your order are correct. If you would like to amend your order, we must be notified within 24 hours of you placing the original order.
Completion Schedule.
The Media Collective will highlight the agreed schedule for your project at the time of confirmation. We estimate dispatch of your History Bubbles within 7-10 working days of your order. Changes to services will be communicated and documented to your provided email address.
Cancellation.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will issue your invoice, and we will be unable to process any cancellations.
Payment.
The customer agrees by placing this order to adhere to our payment terms. You will receive a final invoice once your parcel has been dispatched. The balance is due in full by the date specified on the invoice, which will usually be no later than 30 days after delivery. Payment should be made to the account specified on the invoice. Should the customer require an adjustment to the stated payment terms, this should be discussed before the invoice is issued.
Aftercare.
We love delivering products that you are happy with. However, if something is not quite right, our aftercare service ensures we rectify it as quickly as possible. We strive to correct any defect within a fair and reasonable timeframe.
All products and deliveries should be checked at the time of receipt for damage or missing pieces. If a defect is noticed upon delivery, notify us within 24 hours, including any photographic evidence of the defect, and we will arrange an aftercare service. If the product we deliver is not perfect for one of the following reasons, we will rectify this at no additional cost as part of our aftercare service. Your product was of unsatisfactory quality
Your product was not fit for purpose
Warranty Period.
The Media Collective holds no liability for any defect arising from wear and tear after 24 months from your delivery date. Should you believe a defect has arisen within this timeframe, please contact hello@mediacollective.co.uk along with relevant photos for our assessment.
This does not include:
Damage from vandalism
Theft
Damage arising from extreme climate e.g. excessive winds, heat, etc.
Damage from incorrect cleaning products
Accidental damage
We will not accept any enquiries made outside of this period as under warranty, and any repair work carried out after this date will be chargeable. At no point will The Media Collective accept responsibility for any wilful damage or negligence surrounding our products. Telephone and email support is provided Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Contact outside of these hours cannot be guaranteed.
Copyright.
The Media Collective takes copyright seriously and will only use images in your artwork that we have the rights to. We retain the rights to any artwork we create, including our own Wonderwall designs. The copyright of any designs or drawings remains with the creators and does not pass to the school upon purchase or installation. Our customers are given the license to use our designs within their school.
We cannot be held responsible for any breach of copyright caused by the reproduction of materials supplied by you.
Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If a change occurs during your project timeframe, we will inform you. However, this will not affect our original agreement.
