We advised, designed and implemented a creative school marketing campaign for this brand new, London-based sixth form. The project involved running student workshops as part of the design process.

Brief

Bolingbroke Academy was launching a brand new Sixth Form and commissioned us to help them promote it by developing a new marketing campaign.  They were keen to build upon the existing school brand but needed a compelling strategy that would help them attract external students from their London borough, which already had well-established colleges and Sixth Forms close by.  They also needed to increase engagement from their existing cohort to secure internal recruitment.

Solution

After meeting with staff and students we facilitated a short workshop that produced some initial creative ideas to work with. Our concepts built upon elements from within the school crest and the final result was a sophisticated, contemporary style that met the brief that we were presented with in our initial meetings. The new designs were adopted across a wide range of marketing channels, from low-cost school banners to high impact advertising, in a manageable, phased approach.

The Result

The final prospectus and linked marketing material looked superb and have been highly praised by the academy.  Everything that we produced had a consistent brand message and the style that we developed produced a final suite of marketing materials that are engaging and suited to the audience and environment.

We designed a series of bus adverts that were used by the school on local routes to promote the new sixth form
